Clinical Research Associate, Sponsor Dedicated

Clinical Research Associate responsible for site monitoring and management across multiple clinical trials. Ensures sites conduct studies in compliance with protocols, regulations, and sponsor requirements while managing recruitment, data quality, and regulatory documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site monitoring visits including selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities per protocol and GCP standards
- Collaborate with sites to develop and track subject recruitment plans aligned with project timelines
- Administer protocol training and maintain regular communication with sites regarding expectations and issues
- Evaluate site compliance with protocol requirements and applicable regulations, escalating quality concerns
- Track study progress including regulatory submissions, enrollment, CRF completion, and data query resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare discipline preferred
- Minimum 2 years of on-site clinical trial monitoring experience
- Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines and clinical research regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and laptop/mobile devices
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities
- Ability to build effective working relationships with sites and team members
Compensation: $71,900.00 - $189,000.00 base
