Landscape Account Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven High-End Residential Landscape Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of luxury residential landscape clients. This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional client relationships, managing service delivery, identifying enhancement opportunities, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is polished, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in high-touch customer service within the landscape industry.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for high-end residential clients
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and responsiveness
  • Conduct regular property walkthroughs to ensure quality standards are exceeded
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally
  • Provide proactive recommendations to improve property appearance and health

Account & Operations Management

  • Manage a portfolio of luxury residential maintenance accounts
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure services are completed efficiently and to company standards
  • Schedule and oversee seasonal color rotations, irrigation repairs, enhancements, and specialty services
  • Monitor property quality, crew performance, and job profitability
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in alignment with company expectations

Sales & Enhancements

  • Identify and sell enhancement opportunities including:
  • Landscape renovations
  • Seasonal color
  • Irrigation upgrades
  • Lighting improvements
  • Drainage solutions
  • Tree and shrub replacements
  • Prepare estimates and proposals for clients
  • Meet or exceed enhancement sales goals

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate account notes, schedules, and reporting within company software systems
  • Review budgets, labor hours, and account performance regularly
  • Assist with renewals, contract management, and forecasting
  • Participate in team meetings and operational planning sessions

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in landscape account management or related landscape leadership roles
  • Experience managing high-end residential or luxury clientele preferred
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, irrigation, and landscape maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with landscape management software such as Aspire, LMN, or similar platforms
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with enhancement estimating and sales
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
