Senior Litigation Attorney (CA) - Hybrid/Remote, Bonus

Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP is seeking a driven Senior Associate Attorney with 4 to 8+ years of experience and at least one year of litigation expertise in civil or workers’ compensation to join our growing team. As a dedicated professional committed to proactive client advocacy, the ideal candidate will deliver superior results from initial referral through final resolution while utilizing a sharp analytical mind to translate complex research into persuasive arguments. Supported by a dedicated legal secretary and a robust internal system, this role offers a base salary range of $160,000 to $220,000+ depending on experience, plus additional bonus incentives. This position is open to California-based candidates only, with in-person or hybrid work arrangements preferred and remote arrangements also being considered for the right applicant.
