Welcoming candidate profile: Fellowship-trained, board-eligible/certified surgical retina specialist; ideal for both recent graduates and experienced surgeons

Balanced call structure: Shared practice call only, with no hospital call

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed base salary starting at $400,000-$600,000 based on experience and qualifications
• Immediate large production bonus
• Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance
