Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be primarily responsible for performing preventive maintenance on machinery. You will troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues independently, as the sole technician working nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic issues.
• Independently seek solutions to technical problems.
• Collaborate with production staff running machines to ensure efficient operations.

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical skills and experience in troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform maintenance and repairs independently.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and use of hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills, demonstrating a desire for a career in maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as an independent learner.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and PLCs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Princeton, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
