In this role you will be at the forefront of the art of the possible leading the development supply chain strategies within the strategic missiles' portfolio. The Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) is a leadership role within the Supply Chain function, reporting directly to the Strategic Missiles Supply Chain Director. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to a cross functional team and will be accountable for the overall multi-sourcing & supply chain risk management strategy within the strategic missiles portfolio. In this role you will:Be accountable for the portfolios multi-sourcing strategies through identification, solicitation, development and qualification of new sources.Oversee the execution of multisource efforts via subcontracts or general procurement through all phases of the program lifecycle.Evaluate, negotiate, and manage multi sourcing efforts staying aligned to the project's specifications, quality, budget, schedule and earned value requirements to include the timely delivery of all deliverables required to fulfill the portfolio needs.Oversee the supply chain functions Risk & Opportunities inputs for Strategic Missiles.Support Supply Chain Risk Management activities across the strategic missiles portfolio.Delivering quality customer service to both internal and external customers and foster and maintain good supplier relationships, while driving a Zero-Defect mindset with suppliers.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeTypically a Bachelor's Degree and 10 years work experience or equivalent experienceExperience in Supply Chain Management, Project Management or Program Management in the Aerospace & Defense IndustryStrong demonstrated negotiation skills and strategiesExperience in performing supply chain risk management activities such as sourcing segmentation, sub-tier mapping, & Risk and Opportunity management.Experience developing long-term strategies and tactical plans to achieve enterprise objectivesSuccessful, proven record of leading and managing multi-discipline project teamsStrong interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building, leading through influence, and the ability to effectively communicate (verbally and in writing) at all levelsAbility to develop plans specifying goals, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resourcesAbility to communicate with senior management regarding project performance status (cost / schedule / resources / risk) as well as performance to financial objectivesExperience communicating externally either with customers or suppliersStrong technical and business acumenPreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, or operationsPrior experience as a project managerExperience leading cross-functional teams / IPTsProgram Management Institute's (PMI) Program Management Professional (PMP) certificationDemonstrated Risk Management experienceExperience with information systems such as OracleKnowledge of acquisition policies and procedures with associated knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)Significant experience managing the development and compliance of requirements (SOWs, specifications, contractual terms, etc.)Strong organizational skills to handle many overlapping projects simultaneouslyPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
