Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic

Schedule

This position offers day shifts, Monday through Friday, with a weekly guaranteed hour commitment. An acute care coverage requirement may involve weekend coverage every 4-5 weeks, with flex days the week before and after.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic setting. The ideal candidate will provide evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions primarily for adult and older adult populations. This role involves managing a full caseload while delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions for neuro and orthopedic conditions.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Occasional coverage for acute care settings, managing a variety of patient diagnoses including respiratory, cardiac, and post-operative care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current PT license in the state or a compact license.
• BLS certification.
• 1+ years of relevant experience, particularly in neuro and ortho therapy.
• Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
