Experienced Forklift Operator

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM Pay Rate: $17-$19.50 depending on experience Location: Statesville, NC (must have your own car to go between two facilities as needed, close by eachother) Position Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Forklift Operator to work between two warehouse locations in Statesville. This is not an entry-level forklift position. Candidates must be confident, safe, and skilled in operating a forklift in a busy warehouse environment.

Job Duties

• Safely operate a forklift throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Move, stage, stack, and organize pallets and materials.
• Place products in the correct storage or shipping areas.
• Check products, quantities, and paperwork for accuracy.
• Inspect the forklift before use and report any problems.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company and warehouse safety rules.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.

Requirements

• Strong, recent forklift operating experience is required.
• Must be able to pass a hands-on forklift evaluation.
• Must be comfortable loading, unloading, stacking, and moving materials in tight areas.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to travel between two warehouse locations.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Good attention to detail and safety.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
