Bilingual In Home CNA

We are seeking a bilingual caregiver (preferred but not required), for a Spanish speaking client. With days, nights and weekend hours available, build a schedule that works well for you! Competitive pay rates at $25 an hour for weekday shifts and $28 an hour on weekends. The caregiver will assist the client daily living activities, provide companionship, and support the client in maintaining comfort, safety, and independence in their home. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and can communicate effectively with Spanish speaking clients and families.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance the lives of our clients.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or social outings, providing transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs.
• Act as a member of the Care coordination team to communication with the RN Case Manager to update the plan of care.

Requirements:

• A compassionate, patient, and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing care to clients in a hands-on environment (Home Health, Assisted Living, Group Home, Hospital Setting)
• Reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license with Auto Insurance.
• Negative TB test or Cleared Chest-Xray.
• Availability to work 2 weekend days per month.
