We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our guests. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, during the night shift.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or finance is a plus.
• Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel.
