Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Louisville, NE
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR opportunity that guarantees weekly home time and minimal physical demands? At American Trucking Group, we provide dry van routes across the Midwest with exceptional equipment and competitive pay.
Home Time: Home every week for a 34-hour reset, allowing you to maintain a healthy routine while earning steady miles.
Equipment: Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for heating and cooling. You can take your assigned truck and trailer home, as long as there is safe parking available.
No Touch Freight: Primarily dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations, ensuring minimal physical work and allowing you to focus on driving.
Pay and Miles: Drivers typically earn between $1,200 and $1,600 weekly based on mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay according to customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.
Running Area: Routes span Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Iowa, with all tolls covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance starts the first month after 60 days of employment. Enjoy $20,000 in company-paid life insurance, vacation pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 50% company match up to 3%. A passenger policy is available after 30 days, with age restrictions.
