Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and manage both routine and critical procurement activities
• Assist with vendor negotiations, pricing analysis, and contract administration
• Monitor supplier performance, track delivery metrics, and manage back-order reporting
• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records within the ERP system
• Partner with operations to align purchasing with inventory levels, demand, and forecasts
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements
