Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Role Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in a beautiful rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. Support unit leadership, respond to resident and family needs, and ensure safety and well-being through timely assessments and interventions. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments, observe resident responses, and document vitals Collaborate with the care team to update care plans and communicate pertinent findings Oversee and evaluate CNA activities, considering resident needs and staff competency Respond appropriately to resident and family needs within the scope of practice Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an approved nursing program and licensed in New York Dedicated to providing exceptional, clinically sound, and compassionate care Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to work well under pressure and harmoniously with staff Enthusiastic and caring attitude towards residents, especially those who are ill, injured, or elderly Additional Info COVID-19 vaccination is encouraged but not mandatory.
