Financial Investment Consultant

Overview We are looking for a seasoned Financial Investment Consultant to join our independent advisory firm in Gresham, OR. This full-time position offers performance-based incentives for professionals managing $10 million or more in client assets. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in wealth management, investment consulting, or financial advisory, hold an active Series 7 license, and be ready to provide strategic portfolio management and financial planning for individuals and families throughout Gresham. Responsibilities Oversee and grow a portfolio of clients with $10M+ under management in Gresham, OR. Design and implement personalized financial strategies aligned with retirement, tax, and wealth preservation goals. Conduct ongoing portfolio reviews, adjusting allocations based on market trends and client objectives. Maintain regular, proactive communication with clients through meetings, calls, and performance updates. Ensure compliance with FINRA, SEC, and state regulatory standards. Leverage firm resources and marketing support to expand client relationships across Gresham. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account servicing and documentation. Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience as a Financial Advisor, Investment Consultant, or Wealth Manager. Series 7 licensed; additional Series 63/65/66 licenses are a plus. Proven history managing $10M+ in client assets. Familiarity with Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) platforms preferred. Deep understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, and financial planning strategies. Strong ability to cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-driven with excellent business development and client acquisition skills. Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
