Production Operator - 2nd/3rd shift

We're hiring immediately for multiple Food Production Operator openings on 2nd and 3rd shift! Pay ranges from $25.37-$29.21 per hour depending on the position and shift. Your work may include mixing, cooking, packaging, palletizing, and operating production equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure efficient operation. Read and follow detailed recipe cards, work instructions, and batch records. Load ingredients, package products, and palletize finished goods. Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, and cleaning. Operate a forklift safely in a busy plant (training provided). Maintain a clean, safe workspace while following company and food safety standards. What You'll Bring Ability and willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays when scheduled. Strong attention to detail and flexibility to perform a variety of production tasks. Interest in manufacturing and contributing to a high-performing production team. Desire to learn new skills and continuously improve processes. Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred but not required.
