Location UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpt Pavilion, US:CO:Aurora Department: Labor and Delivery Position Details Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Nights. Pay: $40.86 - $63.33 / hour, dependent on experience. Onsite role; no hybrid or remote option. Responsibilities Provides top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Prioritizes wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice. Models proficiency through precepting new staff and/or UCHealth. Welcomes new knowledge in a fast paced, innovative clinical environment. Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Provides direct care in units including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery - Birth Center, Women's Care and NICUA. Follows WHONN's and AACN's practice standards and certifications including RNC‑OB, C‑EFM, NRP and CCRN to guide evidence‑based care. Supports individualized specialty education and competency validation throughout clinical orientation. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program. Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing within three years of assuming the Charge RN position. State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. 1 year of nursing experience. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). Advanced Cardiac Life Support. BLS - American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date. BLS or CPR card good through sixty days of hire.
