This position will require you to be onsite fulltime. The selected individual should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.What you'll get to do:Develop supply chain strategy and lead activities for GSC in all phases of planning and executionManage suppliers on cost, schedule, quality, and performanceAssess material shortages, flag time-critical purchases, and drive accelerationManage, report, and forecast material cost/performance of assigned program(s)Managing the material budget for contract requirements while supporting baseline/EVMS requirementsMaintain delivery performance metricsCoordinate cross-functionally, directs communication, coordinates with Suppliers, and integrates efforts across all GSC functionsAlign project scope and deliverables with customer requirements and works closely with the technical communityBrief the GSCPM, Program Management, and Operations on the status, Risk & Opportunities, and issues affecting GSC program performanceQualifications:Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with at least 8 years of experience, or Master’s Degree with at least 6 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Program/Project Management, Engineering, Business Management, or related field. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
