Registered Nurse - Full Time - Labor & Delivery

Role Overview This position is for a registered nurse providing high-level, technical patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. You will deliver direct and indirect care using the nursing process, supervise team members, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure age-appropriate, quality care. Key Responsibilities Communicate clearly and build collaborative relationships with patients, families, and staff Ensure accurate, timely documentation and safe medication administration Create a safe, therapeutic environment and uphold hospital standards Take responsibility for personal and professional growth Utilize nursing standards and policies to deliver compliant care Support patient education and contribute to a team-oriented atmosphere Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred Current nursing license in the state of practice Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications as required Minimum of 1 year relevant RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Knowledge of hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Additional Information Physically active role with standing, moving, bending, and handling materials Exposure to blood, body fluids, and various environmental hazards Indoor work environment with visual and physical demands aligned with patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr Health Wealth Safe
