The Work Lockheed Martin is seeking an experienced Hardware Design / System Engineer to join our Mission Systems team. In this senior role, you will play a key part in the development of Advanced Processing systems and subsystems, supporting all aspects of hardware development from requirements derivation through product integration. You'll lead efforts to ensure the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work, ensuring that project deliverables meet cost and schedule commitments. You will also utilize Digital Transformation practices, including model-based engineering, test automation, and Agile development, to define product capabilities and drive innovation. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting overall organizational process compliance, including management of the Hardware Development Process Implementation.
• Leading product development activities and providing technical guidance.
• Coordinate card and unit level integration, test, and debug.
• Ensuring the technical integrity and completeness of deliverables.
• Managing customer interfaces and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Leveraging Digital Transformation tools to enhance development processes.

Please note: This position is fulltime onsite in Owego, NY. This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government security clearance at Secret level. • Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or System Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Strong Leadership experience including leading diverse teams.
• Circuit card design experience.
• Experience with process reviews, audits and compliance
• Experience with laboratory work / testing and with analog, RF, or digital hardware, including practical Experience with network analyzers, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
• Design, test, and evaluate RF, analog, or digital hardware and test equipment.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance to at least the Secret level.

• DOD customer experience
• Experience with designing / developing / integrating advanced processing systems
• Control Account and Project Management Experience. CAM Certification a plus.
• Experience working in classified environments
• Experience leading Integrated Project Teams.
• DO-178 and DO-254 processes
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to brief technical / program information to internal and external audiences
• Drive execution through a DevSecOps approach and maximizing stakeholder engagement
• Possess experience working with commercial test equipment including Spectrum Analyzers, Power Meters, Frequency Counters, Oscilloscopes, Multi-meters, Logic Analyzers etc.

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
