High Volume Recruiter

Inox Solar Americas is hiring a High Volume Recruiter for onsite recruiting in Greenville, NC to support large-scale hiring across production, manufacturing, and warehouse teams. Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, assembly line, warehouse, and manufacturing support roles Manage high-throughput hiring with concurrent requisitions, often 20 to 50+ openings at once Recruit for salaried office and administrative roles (examples include HR, accounting/finance, quality assurance, supply chain, and EHS ) Write and publish job postings; source passive candidates; and coordinate interview loops with hiring managers Source candidates via job boards, community partnerships, local workforce development boards, and career fairs Utilize local talent pipelines including ECU and Pitt Community College , plus employee referral programs Screen large applicant volumes efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience Partner with plant leadership and production supervisors to align on headcount needs , shift requirements , and role qualifications Coordinate and conduct on-site hiring events and job fairs Maintain ATS and recruiting workflow, including requisition pipelines and hiring metrics Track and report recruiting performance metrics such as time-to-fill, offer-acceptance rate, source of hire, and cost-per-hire Extend offers and coordinate pre-employment screening (including background checks and drug screening ); manage new hire paperwork through onboarding handoff Build relationships with staffing agencies, NCWorks , and workforce development programs to support surge hiring Provide weekly hiring metrics updates to plant leadership and HR management Continuously refine sourcing strategy and job postings to help reduce time-to-fill in a competitive manufacturing labor market Requirements 2+ years of high-volume or high-velocity recruiting experience Ideal experience in manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or production recruiting environments Proven capability to manage a large active requisition load and prioritize under pressure Experience using an ATS (examples: iCIMS, Workday, ADP, UKG or similar) Experience with sourcing tools (examples: Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter ) Knowledge of the eastern North Carolina labor market and comfort partnering with local workforce agencies or technical/community college programs is a plus Strong organizational skills with comfort working with recruiting metrics and reporting Interpersonal strength and confidence representing Inox Solar at job fairs , community events, and on-site plant activities Ability to work on-site in Greenville, NC Technologies iCIMS Workday ADP UKG Indeed LinkedIn Recruiter ZipRecruiter Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Inox Solar Americas
