Oversee daily office operations while ensuring every client interaction reflects our commitment to care and quality.

Mentor and guide staff members to reach their full potential, fostering a collaborative and supportive workspace.

Develop and execute local outreach strategies to connect with new clients in the Chesterfield community.

Monitor key sales metrics and adjust strategies to ensure the district meets its growth and service objectives.

Manage policy portfolios to ensure clients have the protection they need as their lives change.

Maintain high standards of compliance and ethics in all business dealings and documentation.

Active Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

Three or more years of experience in the insurance industry or sales management.

Strong track record of building and maintaining productive business relationships.

Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on clear, empathetic explanations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management software.

Deep knowledge of local market dynamics in the greater Chesterfield area.
