SWTHZ – Premium Contrast Therapy Studio | Michigan

Start at the Studio. Grow Across the State. SWTHZ is scaling across Michigan, building and operating multiple premium contrast therapy studios statewide. This role is designed for individuals who want to grow early and develop into studio and multi-unit leadership.

YOUR IMPACT

Brand ambassador, sales professional, and operator-in-training responsible for client experience, revenue generation, and hands-on studio execution.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SALE S

• Deliver a premium, welcoming experience
• Educate first-time clients on contrast therapy and SWTHZ services
• Convert intros, walk-ins, and leads into memberships and packages
• Build relationships that drive retention and referrals

HANDS-ON STUDIO OPERATIONS

• Flip private suites between sessions (cleaning, resetting, restocking)
• Assist with laundry, sanitation, and supply stocking
• Maintain a clean, organized, luxury studio environment

This role includes physical, hands-on work. Clean studios and flawless suite presentation are non-negotiable and required for advancement.
