Stud Welder Operator

Lexington, SC

$16 - $18/hr

Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

3-Month Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking a Stud Welder Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lexington, SC. This role is responsible for operating a stud welding machine to fabricate quality studs onto crossbar sub-assemblies and finished products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

• Set up and operate stud welding equipment according to work instructions.
• Manually load studs and ferrules into the welding gun.
• Verify proper weld quality through visual inspections and destruct testing.
• Monitor machine performance and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Read and follow work orders, setup instructions, and quality standards.
• Complete quality inspection documentation and production records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous welding or stud welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
