Schedule: Night shift | PRN as needed.

Salary Range: $52.00 -$55.00 per hour.

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Provided direct nursing care to behavioral health patients, conducting comprehensive bio-psychosocial assessments and monitoring patient progress throughout treatment.
• Developed, implemented, and updated individualized nursing care plans aligned with multidisciplinary treatment goals and patient needs.
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary treatment teams to participate in case conferences, revise treatment objectives, and coordinate patient-centered care.
• Facilitated therapeutic interventions, including group therapy sessions, evaluated patient responses to treatment, and modified care plans to support positive clinical outcomes.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

•

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• A Bachelor's degree in nursing is strongly required.
• A minimum of one year of professional experience specifically within the field of behavioral health required.
