Case Management Represent clients in court at hearings, trials, and negotiations. Draft and file legal motions, pleadings, and case-related documents. Negotiate plea deals and settlements to secure the best possible outcomes. Conduct legal research to craft strong defense strategies. Professional Development Stay informed on legal trends, case law, and legislative updates . Maintain active continuing legal education (CLE) participation.
