What's In It For You?

Base Pay: $16.50 per hour (non-exempt, hourly position) Plus: Uncapped commissions & performance bonuses Earning Potential: $3,000 $10,000 per month depending on performance

What You'll Actually Do

• Connect with customers and help them find the right vehicle
• Learn how to present vehicles and explain pricing clearly
• Conduct test drives
• Guide customers through the buying process
• Build relationships that create repeat business

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old
• Valid California driver's license
• Strong communication skills
• Positive, coachable attitude
• Willing to work weekends

Sales experience is NOT required.
