I am currently working with a leading Denver-based AM LAW ranked firm , who are actively looking to recruit an experienced real estate attorney to join their Denver office. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough legal research on real estate matters. Draft and review real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes. Represent clients in real estate negotiations and transactions. Handle closings, title reviews, and other aspects of real estate transactions. Assist in establishing existing clients, as well as developing new business to grow your practice. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admitted to the Colorado state bar. A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing real estate law. Excellent research, writing, and communication skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
