Location: Manitowoc, Wisconsin
Shift: Days – 3x12s (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Every third weekend
Duration: 13 weeks

Job Duties
• Provide comprehensive nursing care for adult inpatient medical/surgical patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care while monitoring patient conditions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to support quality care.
• Demonstrate professional nursing practice consistent with ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) License or Multi-State Nursing License through the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong customer service, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice required.
• Minimum 1 year of Medical/Surgical nursing experience preferred.
