Sales Executive, National Facilities Management

ProTech Facilities Management is hiring a Sales Executive to win new multi-site clients across the USA.

This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role focused on new-client acquisition. You will own the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, close — working directly with our CEO.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospective multi-site clients across the US

- Prospect consistently through phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person visits, networking, referrals, and industry events

- Research target accounts, identify decision makers, and create thoughtful outreach strategies

- Lead discovery meetings and translate client needs into clear, compelling solutions

- Develop proposals, present recommendations, negotiate terms, and close profitable new-client agreements

- Drive adoption of ProTech's Facilities Management Program and convert transactional relationships into recurring, long-term program clients

- Position ProTech as a strategic facilities partner rather than a work-order provider

- Coordinate the go-to-market strategy for our Facilities Management Program — target segments, messaging, and outreach approach — in partnership with the CEO

- Run a clean, well-documented handoff of new accounts to our operations team

- Maintain accurate activity, opportunity, and forecast data in the CRM

WHAT YOU BRING

- 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in a service-based environment

- A record of creating pipeline through personal outbound prospecting — not only responding to inbound leads

- Experience managing a full sales cycle and closing opportunities with multiple decision makers

- Strong discovery, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Comfortable working independently, prioritizing opportunities, and being accountable for measurable results

- Consistent CRM habits and the ability to communicate an accurate, evidence-based forecast

- Based in the Charleston area — this role works on-site with our team. Relocation assistance is not offered.

HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED

Experience in facilities management, commercial maintenance, HVAC, roofing, restoration, or another outsourced service industry. We also value experience selling recurring contracts, maintenance agreements, managed services, or subscription-based programs to multi-location clients.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

- $80,000 base salary, plus uncapped commission on the recurring revenue you bring in

- Commission is paid monthly as your clients are invoiced, so you earn as the revenue comes in

- On-target earnings of approximately $100,000–$115,000 in year one depending on how early your deals close, with meaningful growth in year two as your book builds

This is ProTech's first dedicated sales seat, and it is not meant to stay a solo one — the person who proves the model here has a path to building the team behind them and into C-suite leadership.

The role is based in Charleston and sells across the country;
most discovery happens by phone and video, and travel of around 20% covers finalist meetings, site visits, and industry events.
