Addison Group is hiring a full cycle Customer Service Representative on behalf of our clien t, a stable and growing packaging organization. This role supports day-to-day customer interactions, order processing, pricing, and shipment coordination within a collaborative onsite environment

.Job Descriptio

nThis position is responsible for managing the full order lifecycle while serving as a key point of contact for customers. The role is largely email-based with limited daily phone communication and works closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

• sFull Cycle Customer Servic
• eEntering customer orders in SAP and Salesforc
• eContinued communication with customers over phone and emai
• lProvide pricing, quotes, PO's, checking available inventory in SA
• PHandling customer returns, track and trace order
• sFollowing up on order statuses for customer
• sUpdating customers regarding their orders and delivery statu
• sWorking in SAP and Salesforce and within Excel - updating order spreadsheet

Qualificatio

• ns2–5 years of experience in a customer service role supporting physical produc
• tsManufacturing or product-based industry experience preferr
• edHigh school diploma or equivalent requir
• edStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Exc
• elExperience with CRM systems; ERP exposure such as SAP is a pl
• usAbility to work 100% onsite in Schaumbu
