Position Overview - Permanent, full-time role - 36 hours per week - Day or Night shift Shift Details - 3 days per week: 12-hour shifts - 7:00a–7:30p - 7:00p–7:30a - Rotating Weekends Compensation & Incentives Salary range: - $61,776 – $98,841 (based on experience) - $33 – $52.80 hourly (based on experience) - Comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities - Provides direct patient care for medical-surgical and post-operative patients, ensuring safe and effective treatment delivery - Develops, implements, and evaluates individualized care plans utilizing the nursing process and ANA standards - Administers medications, monitors patient conditions, and utilizes clinical equipment and technology to support care - Educates patients and families on health conditions and self-care needs while acting as a patient advocate Requirements - New Jersey RN License - BLS Certification (Required) - CMSRN (Preferred) - 3 years of experience Why This Opportunity This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospital environment and caring for a diverse patient population, including post-surgical and acute medical cases.
