Remote EAP Counsellor & Client Care Lead

Spectrum Life

Spectrum.Life is seeking a proactive, fully qualified Psychotherapist/Counsellor to provide access to professional mental health services via an EAP program. The role includes in-the-moment support, crisis containment, risk assessment, and signposting to resources. Training is provided before a remote schedule of 3×10-hour or 4×10-hour shifts, with one weekend day per week. The ideal candidate has a recognised counselling/psychotherapy qualification, 200+ post-qualified hours, and current #J-18808-Ljbffr
