Responsibilities: Oversee the Appetite Satisfaction Department, operating stations such as Food Production, Grill, Fryer, and others as applicable. Prepare and cook food orders to meet quality standards. Handle food preparation, portioning, and dressing items to order. Operate grill and fry stations efficiently. Package menu items, ensuring quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, and sanitizing food areas. Requirements: Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility to adapt to business needs. Effective communication, basic math, and reading skills. Willingness to follow appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards. Knowledge of restaurant or retail operations is a plus but not required. Additional Qualities: Friendly demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction. Willingness to cross-train on all stations. Motivated team player committed to cleanliness and safety.
