Maintenance Technician

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced HVAC Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians and Non-Certified Apartment Community Maintenance Technicians. Job Responsibilities Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner. Resolve maintenance issues in A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair. Manage records of activity in maintenance log. Prepare vacant apartments for market‑ready status through turnover repairs and improvements. Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize. Provide preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems. Maintain cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas. Provide residents with outstanding customer service. Qualifications At least 6 months of onsite experience Possess a valid I.D. Have reliable transportation Willing to submit to a background check A/C Certification (HVAC, EPA, Universal, CFC) This is a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and are looking to get back in.
