Local Team Collaboration We take pride in our well‑established team of 12 Physicians and 2 APPs. Work alongside highly trained specialists across the continuum of specialties. Qualifications Board‑certified or eligible in family medicine or internal medicine. All levels of experience considered. We proudly sponsor H1B visa candidates and provide in‑house visa specialists, licensing, and credentialing support. All required filing fees for visas are covered by Sound. Scheduling Day rounding hospitalist hours 7 am‑7 pm; 7 days on – 7 days off. Key Responsibilities Manage admissions, especially during morning hours, round on patients, and manage rapid responses for own patients. Open ICU with minimal expectation of our team - full critical care support. No procedures or code blue response required. Our hospital is in historic downtown St. Charles, with ample dining and shopping options right outside our door. There is no doubt you will find something you enjoy in this thriving community! Rewards And Compensation Full‑time yearly base salary of $294,000. Productive and quality incentives are provided in addition to the base salary. Commencement bonus and relocation allowance provided.
