This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue and develop teams all while delivering an excellent customer experience. What You’ll Get Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 (based on experience) Total Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000+ annually Uncapped Monthly Bonus / Incentive Plan Full benefits package & paid time off Ongoing training, tools, and leadership support Career advancement opportunities across multiple areas Established national company (37+ years, 24 states) What You’ll Do Hire, train, and lead a team Drive branch sales performance and consistently hit targets Manage the full sales cycle and ensure strong CRM utilization Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health Forecast sales and performance metrics Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Maintain compliance with company policies and standards Support and step in for the Branch General Manager as needed What We’re Looking For Sales management or leadership experience Subprime lending experience is a plus Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset Comfortable using CRM systems and technology Valid driver's license Schedule No Sundays 42–48 hours per week Store Hours: 9AM–7PM (Mon–Fri), 9AM–4PM (Saturday) #J-18808-Ljbffr
