Mental Health Clinician - LCSW, LPCMH, PsyD or equivalent Full Time position at Howard R. Young Correctional Institution, Wilmington, DE, US. PRN Weekend Coverage : 8‑hour shifts available on Saturday or Sunday ($56/hr). Can work one or both days. Not eligible for benefits. Full‑Time : Benefits eligible. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Clinician supports rehabilitation and recovery by addressing behavioral health needs in a secure correctional facility. Essential Functions Performs individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate. Assists in planning and implementing program goals and objectives. May direct special projects as requested. Participates in and conducts in‑service trainings/education, and assists in the orientation of new staff. Documents appropriately in the Electronic Health Record. Attends training and meetings as required. Minimum Requirements Graduate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. Must be licensed (e.g., LCSW, LPCMH, PsyD). LMSW does not count as a clinical license.
