Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Account Manager/Marketer to join our dynamic team at Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will be responsible for promoting our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community to potential residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract new residents and increase community visibility

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other community partners to promote our services

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and social media content

  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on best practices and network with peers and stakeholders

  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and measure campaign effectiveness

Requirements

  • ** Previous experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in healthcare or senior living**

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and metrics

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-driven outcomes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for travel to community partners and events)
