Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Account Manager/Marketer to join our dynamic team at Tulsa Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare. As a key member of our marketing and business development team, you will be responsible for promoting our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community to potential residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract new residents and increase community visibility
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other community partners to promote our services
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, videos, and social media content
Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on best practices and network with peers and stakeholders
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and measure campaign effectiveness
Requirements
** Previous experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in healthcare or senior living**
Strong understanding of marketing principles, tactics, and metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results-driven outcomes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for travel to community partners and events)
