Child Development Specialist IV San Diego Community College District Position Information Location: District Wide Position Type: Full Time Classification Title: Child Development Specialist IV Working Title: Child Development Specialist IV Closing Date: Open Until Filled Responsibilities Assist in directing and implementing a daily child learning program involving cognitive, language, social‑emotional, and physical development within the Child Development Program. Participate in planning and parent activities as assigned. Support instructors assigned to a Child Development Center. Qualifications High school graduation plus sufficient coursework and experience to obtain a Children’s Center Permit. One year of experience working with preschool children in a Child Development Program environment. Desired Qualifications Relevant licenses, certificates, or credentials as required by the position. Licenses & Credentials Children’s Center Permit (required). Pay Hourly pay rate available to view.
