Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain mechanical components including motors, bearings, belts, chains, pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including cylinders, valves, hoses, pumps, and air systems
• Troubleshoot machinery and respond quickly to production breakdowns
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating safely and efficiently
• Assist with welding and mechanical repairs as needed
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, parts used, and preventative maintenance activities

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial maintenance experience required
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and air compressors
• Preventative maintenance experience
• Welding experience preferred
• Steel/manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and time-management skills
• Friendly, professional, and able to work well with a team
• High School Diploma or GED required

Additional information for the Custodial position

·         Pay: $25-30 per hour

·         Monday-Friday : 6AM-3:30PM

·         Roseville, Michigan
