New Business Associate

Working primarily remotely with periodic office attendance, the full-time New Business Associate will receive, review, document, and process new business applications while ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining communication with the New Business team and management. Key responsibilities Process applications to meet state criteria and issue policies in a timely manner Communicate with team members and agents to resolve missing information and data discrepancies Generate processing reports and address outstanding issues with management Required qualifications 1-2 years of customer service experience required 1-2 years of data entry experience required High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required Accounting experience preferred
