About the Role

Fiberglass Worx is looking for a motivated, customer focused Office Sales Administrator I to join our growing team. This is not a typical front-desk position. It’s a sales driven administrative role where you will help guide customers through high value restoration and repair projects while earning salary + performance-based (commission) income tied directly to your results.

If you are organized, confident communicating with people, and want to grow into a l*ong-term* sales career, this is a strong opportunity to develop real skills in estimating, customer management, and insurance coordination within a fast-paced automotive and RV repair environment.

What You’ll Do

Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service inquiries

Follow up on leads and submitted customer requests

Create and manage estimates for repair and restoration services

Coordinate projects from first contact through delivery

Perform inspections on vehicles and assist with insurance estimates

Submit supplements and maintain accurate documentation

Ensure a professional, high-quality customer experience

Support office operations and contribute to team goals

Compensation

Base Salary: $40,000 per year

Performance-Based Commission: Estimated additional earnings ranging from $20,000– $40,000+ annually depending on individual performance and sales production

Pay Schedule: Biweekly

Automotive, RV, marine, or restoration industry exposure

Insurance estimating or administrative experience
