Overview
Registered Nurse, OR (Surgical) in Clearlake, California. Start date 11/02/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,519 to $2,645 per week. Responsibilities
- Function as scrub, circulating, or float nurse in the operating room as assigned.
- Provide age-specific care for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients; assess data and respond to changing status.
- Support all OR phases, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-anesthesia care unit as needed; maintain sterile technique.
- Participate in the site identification process and time-out on each case; collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety.
- Uphold professional conduct and comply with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and infection control guidelines.
- Rotate to additional areas as assigned (PACU, Endoscopy Unit, Central Service) and contribute to cross-functional teamwork.

Requirements
- Current California RN license to practice
- Operating room nursing experience with the ability to function as scrub, circulating, or float nurse
- Ability to work 10-hour days in a fast-paced OR environment
- Willingness to rotate to PACU, Outpatient Endoscopy Unit, and Central Service as assigned
- Commitment to patient safety, infection control, and regulatory compliance
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for perioperative care
