Direct Support Professional- Vocational

In this rewarding role, you'll support senior adults and individuals with intellectual disabilities by promoting independence, enhancing quality of life, and helping them remain active members of their communities. You'll provide hands‑on assistance with activities of daily living (ADLS) while developing and facilitating engaging facility-based and community-based programming tailored to each individual's interests, strengths, and goals. You'll play a key role in teaching life skills, encouraging socialization, fostering community integration, and supporting opportunities for competitive integrated employment. Key Information: Schedule : Monday- Friday, 8a-330p (Working Lunch) Location : 230 5th Avenue, McKeesport Parking : Lot on site for a minimal fee Dress Code : Casual This position is ideal for compassionate professionals who are passionate about empowering others and have experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, dementia, or geriatric populations.
