Production Sr. Supervisor

Production & Operations focuses on designing, managing, and improving production processes and business operations, as well as manufacturing technologies and supply chains. The role involves working with modern systems such as SAP and dashboards, some of which are self-programmed. This is a cross-functional and international environment that offers performance-driven, diverse challenges and exciting projects.You can look forward to these exciting tasks:Managing production output status, ensure effective information flow in line with daily action, respond proactively to KPI and volume trends to safeguard highes levels of production efficiency. Working with the cross-functional core team (e.g. ME, Maintenance, Quality) to resolve disruptions to takt by driving timely, cross-functional problemsolving and preventionAll aspects of leadership driving "Right first time" and "Safety First" culture in line with company & legal requirements.Working with Production Manager and WPS to identify/implement continuous improvement activities to achieve performance and WPS 2.0 maturity level improvements for the area.Support Production Manager in budget planning and controlProactively support new launches and provide feedback / lessons learned to the Launch Team from the production perspective.Driving 5S activities to ensure standards are maintained or improved. Proactively support risk assessments in the area, ensuring unsafe practices and equipment are identified and eliminated.
