The role can be flexible, either part‑time or full‑time, with Saturday and Sunday off. Primary Responsibilities Perform all services sanctioned by the Minnesota Board of Dentistry to maintain maximum oral hygiene for clients of State Operated Services Dental Clinics. Design and implement a preventive dentistry program in consultation with the dentist to maintain optimal oral hygiene levels for all clients. Ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures, maintaining a safe environment for staff and clients. Assist with clinic duties so that client services and clinic operations run effectively and efficiently. Qualifications Minimum : Registration with the Minnesota Board of Dentistry as a Dental Hygienist. Preferred : Experience working with different cultural backgrounds and fostering cultural responsiveness. Experience with Dentrix and taking digital radiographs. Experience with tele‑dentistry. Patient‑centered, adaptable to client needs. Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
