General Manager - Casual Restaurant - King of Prussia, PA
$85 - $95k base salary + performance bonus + comprehensive benefits package
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume casual restaurant in King of Prussia, PA. This is an opportunity for a proven leader ready to step into an established operation and drive immediate impact. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and have a track record of building strong teams, this General Manager role in King of Prussia, PA is for you. As General Manager of this casual restaurant in King of Prussia, PA, you will own all aspects of daily operations while maintaining the culture, consistency, and profitability our guests expect. You'll be the face of the restaurant, developing managers, controlling costs, and delivering an exceptional experience every shift. Key Responsibilities for the General Manager
- Direct all FOH and BOH operations for this casual restaurant in King of Prussia, PA, ensuring outstanding food, service, and cleanliness standards
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a team of 40+ hourly and salaried staff; build bench strength
- Manage P&L, inventory, labor, and COGS to meet or exceed budget; implement strategies to grow sales
- Champion a hospitality-first culture that drives repeat business and positive reviews
- Ensure 100% compliance with health, safety, liquor, and employment regulations
- Partner with ownership on marketing, community events, and local partnerships in the King of Prussia, PA market
- Step in wherever needed - this is a working General Manager role, not a desk job
- 3+ years as a General Manager or multi-unit manager in full-service, high-volume casual dining
- Strong financial acumen: You can read a P&L, write schedules to sales, and take action on variances
- Proven ability to reduce turnover, develop leaders, and build a positive team culture
- ServSafe Manager, RAMP, and TIPS certified or ability to obtain
- Tech-savvy with POS, inventory, and scheduling systems
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as the business demands
- Passion for the King of Prussia, PA dining scene and active local presence preferred
- $85,000 - $95,000 base salary based on experience
- Quarterly performance bonus tied to sales, labor, and guest metrics
