Multi location:

Palmdale, Pasedena, Covina, Orange County, Inland Empire, San Bernardino.

Flexible Hours.

Home Care Aide / Caregiver Responsibilities

Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
Assist with walking, transfers, positioning, and fall prevention
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Provide medication reminders
Provide companionship and supervision
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
Assist with approved errands and medical appointments
Observe and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior
Maintain a clean and safe home environment
Complete accurate timesheets/EVV and care documentation
Maintain client privacy and confidentiality
Provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care at all times
