Enterprise IT Project Manager

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in enterprise IT project management delivering multi-system software implementations.

• Proficiency in hybrid project management methodologies combining Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks.

• Experience with mortgage servicing systems, financial applications, and compliance monitoring technologies.

• Experience in strategic roadmap development, milestone scheduling, and enterprise change management.

• Experience with software vendor solicitation, procurement contract negotiations, and system migration lifecycles.

• Experience in project budget forecasting, resource allocation modeling, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end technical delivery for concurrent software acquisitions, implementations, and legacy migrations.

• Lead vendor solicitation, contract negotiations, and technical system integration workstreams.

• Manage project scope, milestone dependencies, and critical path schedules using hybrid delivery practices.

• Author project charters, risk logs, business continuity plans, and comprehensive lifecycle documentation.

• Oversee budget planning, financial resource allocations, and cross-functional project team assignments.

• Facilitate stakeholder alignment sessions and executive status briefings across diverse business departments.

• Coordinate organizational change management activities and system decommissioning for legacy applications.
