Strategic Marketing Manager – Sensors Business Unit Responsibilities Define the 3–5 year strategic roadmap for the Sensors portfolio, identifying high‑growth opportunities in EV powertrains, robotics, and green energy infrastructure. Utilize deep market analytics (and tools such as Big AL) to benchmark competitor TMR and Hall‑effect solutions, ensuring Allegro maintains its Innovation with Purpose edge. Lead the Voice of the Customer (VoC) process to translate complex application requirements into technical specifications for next‑generation sensor ICs. Orchestrate global product launches, creating high‑impact value propositions, sales enablement tools, and pricing strategies that put our Customers First. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with Tier 1 automotive suppliers and industrial OEMs to integrate Allegro sensors into mission‑critical systems. Qualifications B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field (MBA highly preferred). 8+ years of experience in technical marketing, product management, or applications engineering within the semiconductor industry (Sensors or Analog/Power experience preferred). Proven ability to synthesize complex market data into actionable business plans. Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead cross‑functional teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. Understanding of magnetic sensing principles (Hall‑effect, TMR) and their applications in automotive and industrial environments. Will require travel to customer sites.
